Blower Fan Troubleshooting For Dummies, Simple and Easy To Solve The Jammed Blower Fans

Blower fan on your cars or electrical machine are jammed or not working properly? The blower fan is not work or jammed may can be caused by motor isolation or blower fans error which caused by some electrical problems. To find the main cause you can do some basic electricity test. 

First of all, what you must do is check the fuse, include the main fuse, secondary and the on machine. Sometimes fuse error on the blower fan can be caused by the problems from some components. Replace the old fuse with the new one to find the trouble.

The next step is checked the main power source of your machine with test light, unplug the blower fan motor then.  Keep the black part on the ground while the blower fan motor is on and then use the red cable to probe the power source. The normal blower fan motor voltage is around 9 up to 11 volts when we tested it.
If you have done the step above, try to check the electricity connection. Take some jumper leads, one black and the other one is red. Equipped the red leads to the ground and the black leads on the machine’s power source assemble. If you find that the motor still doesn’t make any move, replace the motor with new motor.
Test the switch from the main machine. Equipped the connector to the blower fan machine and then trace the wire back to the electric connector closest to the blower fans motor switch. Cut off the connector power from the other leads and then keep the each other untouched. If you find that the parameter showing .01 and .03 ohm, the switch of your blower fans is normal. Try to replace the old switch with the new switch if you find different numbers.
